Adegbite Oluwatobiloba is a visionary leader, product strategist, thespian, and humanitarian whose life embodies purpose, creativity, and service. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, she has built a thriving career in the banking and financial technology industry, where she began her journey in 2020. Since then, she has led innovative initiatives that empower businesses, SMEs, and informal merchants to embrace digital transformation and financial inclusion.

A graduate of Chemistry from Lagos State University, Oluwatobiloba blends analytical insight with creativity and compassion ,bringing excellence, strategy, and heart to everything she does.

She is the Founder and Lead Convener of the HELTO Foundation (Helping Every Life Thrive and Overcome). The journey began in 2018 as Tobi Adegbite Gives, a personal outreach initiative driven by her passion to serve and uplift others. In 2023, it grew into the Tobi Adegbite Foundation, and by 2025, it rebranded into HELTO Foundation — a name that reflects her long-term vision of empowering lives and transforming communities across Nigeria and beyond.

Beyond her professional and humanitarian work, Oluwatobiloba is a passionate thespian and creative voice with five soulful tracks that express strength, hope, and humanity. Among them, her song “Iya” ,a heartfelt piece celebrating a mother’s love and sacrifice ,inspired HELTO’s upcoming Mothers’ Summit and Hangout, part of the Foundation’s Quarter 1 initiative to honor and empower mothers through fellowship, reflection, and support.

Through HELTO’s “Beauty of Worship” initiative, she merges faith, creativity, and service creating gatherings where people come to experience worship and also receive tangible love through food support, care packages, and community upliftment.

The Mothers’ Summit will serve as a celebration of motherhood and a platform to equip and uplift mothers, in alignment with Oluwatobiloba’s belief that when mothers thrive, generations are strengthened.
